Useful information
How to measure your underbust correctly?
- Stand straight, breathe calmly and keep your arms down.
- Measure your ribcage just below the breasts. The tape measure should fit snugly against the body.
- Round the reading down to the nearest number divisible by five, i.e. 75, 80, 85. The maximum allowed difference is up to 2 cm.
How to measure your bust correctly?
- Lean forward so that all breast tissue hangs freely. This is especially important for women with a larger bust.
- Place the tape loosely around the fullest part of the bust so that the breasts are not compressed.
- While measuring, make sure the tape at the fullest point of the bust is at the same height at the back as at the front.
- Do not wear a padded bra when measuring. Women with a larger bust should measure without a bra. Otherwise the results will be inaccurate.
The cup size is determined by subtracting the underbust measurement from the bust measurement.

Sister sizes
- A sister size is another, smaller or larger size from the size chart that may also fit you.
You can wear a bra in this size if you need a larger or smaller band while the cup remains comfortable.
1. Bodysuits
To determine a bodysuit size, measure:
- Underbust → the given bodysuit size
- Bust → cup size
- Waist → proportions must match
- Hips → 25–28 cm hip difference
Proportions are calculated as follows:
- Subtract 5 cm from your underbust to get your waist. Add 25–28 cm to your waist to get your hips.
- The bodysuit size depends not on body size but on torso length.
If your upper body measurements are proportional to your lower body, the underbust size corresponds to your actual bodysuit size.
Briefs
How to measure your waist and hips correctly?
- Measure your waist at its narrowest point.
- Measure your hips at their widest point.
- The tape measure should fit snugly against the body.
- Subtracting the waist measurement from the hip measurement gives the hip difference.
- The hip difference should be no less than 25 cm and no more than 28 cm.
- If the hip difference is within these limits, your waist measurement corresponds to your actual briefs size.
- If the hip difference is more than 28 cm, choose the next larger briefs size.
- If the hip difference is less than 25 cm, choose the next smaller briefs size.
2. How to care for lingerie?
- Properly cared-for lingerie lasts longer. Here are the main rules:
- Wash bras and bodysuits in special laundry bags.
- Fasten bra hooks and clasps so as not to damage lace or other fabrics.
- Wash underwired bras (except those with non-metal shaping parts) by hand only. In a washing machine the wires can come out and damage the fabric or even the machine. If you use a washing machine, put all lingerie in a laundry bag.
- Keep worn garments in a dry, ventilated place. Do not leave coloured textiles damp.
- Choose suitable detergents and do not use fabric softener: use universal washing powder only for white lingerie; for coloured or patterned textiles, use detergents for coloured or woollen fabrics.
- Wash new coloured textiles separately the first time.
- Separate lighter coloured textiles from darker ones.
- Wash lingerie at a low temperature or follow the indicated temperature.
- All textiles have labels on the inside with information about the size, materials and care symbols.
3. How to care for swimwear?
- To make your swimsuit or swim briefs last as long as possible, they need proper care, especially if you often swim in a pool. All lingerie care tips apply to swimwear, but there are a few more things to keep in mind:
- After swimming, rinse your swimsuit thoroughly in lukewarm water as soon as possible.
- Wash your swimsuit by hand only; you can use detergents for delicate fabrics.
- Never leave your swimsuit damp.
- Do not dry swimwear in the sun or on a hot surface.
- Never iron your swimsuit or dry it in a tumble dryer.
- Remember that chlorine, other chemicals, cosmetics, perfume and sunscreen can damage your swimsuit, especially those containing elastane.
- To keep your swimsuit in shape, you can store it on a hanger in your wardrobe.
