Returns / exchanges

Returning goods bought in the patipati.lt online store and getting your money back, or exchanging an item for another size, is very simple. 

Together with the ordered goods, the buyer receives a return / exchange request form. If an item bought in the patipati.lt online store does not suit you, send the completed return / exchange form together with the returned item. You can return or exchange unsuitable goods within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. You do not need to state a reason for the return / exchange. 

Goods bought in the patipati.lt online store, within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, 

can be returned or exchanged:

• if the goods have not been worn or otherwise damaged, are intact and have not lost their commercial appearance and value;
• only in the original manufacturer’s packaging with all labels attached and undamaged.

Only lingerie accessories cannot be returned.

Goods can be returned:

•  to the LP Express parcel locker: PANORAMA shopping centre, Saltoniškių g. 9, Vilnius;
• to PatiPati stores during opening hours in Vilnius: “Panorama” shopping centre or Vokiečių g. 16; in Kaunas: Laisvės al. 101. The easiest way is simply to bring the goods to the store together with the completed return / exchange form.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

For exchanges, the seller sends the goods to the buyer free of charge ONCE.  

If the returned goods meet the requirements of the return rules, the seller undertakes to exchange the goods or refund the money paid by the buyer.

An item can only be exchanged for another size of the same model.

Delivery costs are not refunded. Until the returned item is handed over to the Seller, the risk of its loss or damage lies with the Buyer.

Order cancellation and returns when paying with a gift voucher:

If an order is cancelled or returned, the money will go back to the same gift voucher used to pay for the order. So when paying with a gift voucher, please keep it until you are sure the goods suit you, as the buyer will receive a gift voucher of the same value.
